Welcome to the Anna Bakes Kitchen’s (also known as “Anna Bakes”) Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
– To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.
– You must have an active and functional website, blog, social media platform, and/or business retail relevant to our products.
– We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account that does not comply with our policies or values.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
– You agree to promote Anna Bakes Kitchen products honestly and ethically.
– Affiliates may not use false or misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized methods to generate sales.
– Affiliates must not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of Anna Bakes Kitchen.
3. Commissions
– Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
– Commission rates will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change.
– Sales that are refunded or canceled will not qualify for commissions.
– Payments will be made via bank transfer (or other specified method).
4. Cookie Duration
– The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this time frame using your link, you will receive the commission.

5. Prohibited Activities
– Affiliates must not engage in paid advertising (PPC, SEM, etc.) using the Anna Bakes Kitchen brand name or variations thereof.
– Affiliates must not impersonate Anna Bakes Kitchen or make it appear as though their affiliate link is a direct promotion from us.
– Affiliates may not use our logo, trademarks, or other intellectual property without permission.

6. Termination
– Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
– Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all links, logos, and promotional materials provided by Anna Bakes Kitchen.
– Commissions earned up until the termination date will be paid as per the payout schedule.

7. Liability
– Anna Bakes Kitchen is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.
– We do not guarantee that the affiliate program will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Modification
– Anna Bakes Kitchen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
– Continued participation in the program following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
